We purchased the wheels from our local Discount Tire in Houston.
They ordered from Todd Ebby at the Discount tire store # D33 in Dallas Tel: 972-267-1877

This wheel is for OFF-ROAD USE only !!!  Not for street use.

We had our new Goodyear MT's siped.
Only the inner tread was siped down 1/4 of a inch. We opted to not sipe fully across and deep because in rock crawling the tire would be chewed up.
Since it was our first time with bead-locks it took some time to mount properly.

I ran a tap back in the threads to clean out the excess carbon fiber to get the proper tightening torque
After completely soaping the inner and outer beads the tire went into place with little effort.

A cris-cross tightening pattern for the 18
socket head cap screws torque down to 60 inch pounds
(we replaced the standard hex bolts with SHC Screws in witch I had Yellow Cad plated here locally in Houston at Del's plating works)
A big difference in size from the BFG Mud terrain 285x70x16
One big difference was the weight
the larger tire on carbon fiber wheels made the tire / wheel combo 1/3rd lighter than the smaller stock combo.

After several dipping to check for leaks We had to refit several times to keep the bead-locks from loosing air.
Here you can see bubbles from a improper seated bead-lock
We found out that the spacers were not needed for the Goodyear tires.

Here shows the spacer that in fact was not needed.
The final product looked good

We do not use these wheels any longer on our D90.
