Alan had a "FIELD REPAIR" Seminar and at the same time we had a "GULF COAST ROVERS" Booth !

Seminars & Booths were held for 2 days.

Starting "How to break down the bead using the Hi-Lift.

Also how to use a tire plug tool.  And then reseat the tire" using a CO2 tank on the field.

I made sure to keep the tire away from the audience while re-seating.

We completely removed the front CV to show how along with replacing wheel bearings and brake pads & rotors. Using the proper tools and factory shop manual procedures we proved it is not as complicated as people think.

Also showed damaged &removed components like:
A complete 3rd member 
Broken motor mounts
Rear trailing arms
Broken front & rear axles
(including CV's)
Front track rods
Dented axle / diff housing

A brief description of how to repair on the field was explained.

Topics under the hood included:
How to remove the fan.
Deep water fording and how to make the rover drivable.
Where the inertia switch is and what it does.
Along with tips on a vehicle roll over  and what is necessary to make it drivable.

Premier Power welder had their RV along with test stand for people to try the welder on. Tuffy was displaying the latest products.
